Founded in 2013, Shape Up Kickboxing has been teaching our communities fitness kickboxing by the storm. With several kickboxing locations in Georgia and one in Maryland, Shape Up Kickboxing Cumming is one of our amazing locations that help to transform lives!
Shape Up Kickboxing offers our communities several action-packed classes a week! Our studio is a super family-friendly gym for anyone who wants to come and enjoy improving their health. We design each class to bring an amazing workout experience, while helping our kickboxers crush their fitness goals. From burning hundreds of calories, shredding muscle, and boosting confidence, our kickboxers LOVE coming to class. We are a great community that supports and enjoys working out with each other. Our instructors are certified in teaching how to properly and safely execute all kicks, punches, and combos. We have kickboxers of all fitness levels, and we love coaching them throughout their fitness journey!
